Juerg Schleier has significant expertise and experience in corporate sales and he has previously worked with an extensive range of clients. In Spitch AG, he will be responsible for the growth of the Sales team and will be assigned Country Manager for Switzerland, Germany and Austria (DACH-Region).

Prior to joining the Spitch AG team, Juerg Schleier worked in major international IT-companies:

2015 — 2016 Cisco: Client Executive to Swisscom and responsible for the key customers and partners of Cisco in Switzerland.
2012 — 2015 CA Technologies: Country Manager for Switzerland and Sales Manager for DevOps in DACH, responsible for CA’s business in Switzerland and the DEV-Sales Team in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
2008 — 2012 Oracle (after the acquisition of BEA Systems through Oracle): Responsible for the Middleware as well as the security management for the business operations of Oracle in Switzerland.
2001 — 2008 BEA Systems (Java Middleware): Country Manager, responsible for BEA’s business in Switzerland and additionally for Austria in the succeeding years.
1999 — 2001 IONA Technologies (leader in Corba Middleware): Country Manager for Switzerland and responsible for the establishment of the local company and the team.
Other positions in the past: HP, NCR und Telekurs (BIG Six).

Juerg Schleier lives with his wife Jacqueline and his dog Chester in Hedingen (Zurich). In order to relax, he walks his dog as well as occasionally goes mountain biking. His favorite museum is the Swiss Museum of Transport (Verkehrshaus) in Luzern, where his wife is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Partners.
