Spitch AG, an international solutions and professional services provider that develops enterprise class speech analytics technology for business, took part as a Silver Sponsor and Exhibitor in the Forum Banca 2016.  The Forum Banca is a major annual banking event in Italy with over 1200 participants, including all the largest Italian and international banks and key players in the consulting, telecoms, and software industries in Italy. Paolo Munari, Regional Director Italy of Spitch AG, spoke about the market readiness for speech technologies and their potential for improving customer service at the roundtable on the impact of digital transformation on the customer experience management together with executives from Deutsche Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo, ING, Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Roma, Links, and CRIF.

This was the first public event for Spitch AG in Italy – just a week after our launch – and we are deeply satisfied with the results. We noted significant interest among clients and potential partners and will be following up on a number of concrete opportunities for new partnerships that are emerging from the conference.
