Your Voice and Spitch: a new partnership for a Voice Technology based Customer Experience

S04062018.jpgYour Voice S.p.A. and Spitch AG announced their partnership on May 9th 2018, during the “CMI Customer Management Insights” event about ‘GDPR and its effects on client interaction’.
This agreement represents a strong driver for a joint delivery of innovative technological solutions to companies, with the focus on the creation of a brand new concept of an Omnichannel Customer Experience.

Your Voice is an Italian company, leader in Cloud-based B2B solutions that manage and automate multichannel interactions amongst companies, customers and leads; Spitch is a Swiss-born company with global presence and a well- established Italian branch, focused on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Voice Biometrics and Speech Analytics - among others.

As reports Piergiorgio Vittori, Spitch Global Development Director and Country Manager Italy: “Customers are looking for innovative end-to-end omnichannel solutions that fulfil their demand, and offer the flexibility to adjust as needed. Your Voice products and solutions are a great complement to Spitch portfolio and permit to address market requests for cloud-based solutions, also in observance with European and global regulatory measures.”

Your Voice proven expertise in designing Cloud Contact Management and Voice Self-service & IVR solutions – just to give some examples - will be enriched by Spitch’s own range of technology and know-how, such as Speech Recognition, Semantic Analysis, Voice Biometrics, Transcription, and Sentiment Analysis / Emotion Detection.
