Responsibilities
  • Find, identify, develop and win customer opportunities for the Spitch solution portfolio
  • Find and develop ISV partners for the Spitch products
  • Further enhance and develop our market awareness
  • Close cooperation with our solution delivery team and our integration partners
Requirements
  • Experience in software- and/or solution-selling
  • Ability to explain the business value
  • Ability to have C-level discussion
  • Fluent in English and German both written and verbal, French or Italian is a plus
  • Customer- and Sales-oriented behavior
  • Ability to work in a geographically distributed international team
  • Ability to identify and develop customer opportunities from A to Z

Project Manager – Pre-sale Consultant
Responsibilities
  • Manage projects in the UK, Germany and Switzerland with the focus on the UK
  • Pre-sale consulting for technical solution, design and support pre-sale live demo
  • Develop and maintain pre-sale documentation (POCs and projects descriptions and proposals), RFI/RFP answering
  • Assist sales team with clients meetings
Requirements
  • 5 years or more IT and PBX / SoftPBX VoIP & SIP technical background is a must
  • Proven track record in project management is a must
  • Telephony certifications i.e. Avaya, Cisco, Unify are an advantage
  • Speech technologies skills are a plus
  • English mother tongue, German, French or Italian is a plus
  • Customer- and Solution-oriented behavior
  • Ability to work autonomously in a distributed international team
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Switzerland and Europe

Responsibilities
  • Deployment of our Linux based backend solutions on premises and/or in the cloud
  • Integration with IP telephony and other IT Systems i.e. CRMs
  • Technical consulting, solution design, Voice XML dialogues, LAN/WAN integration etc.
  • Develop and maintain technical project documentation (HLD / LLD)
  • Assist customers and partners with testing and installations
  • Part-manage projects in Switzerland, Germany and the UK, with focus on Switzerland
Requirements
  • 5 years or more IT and PBX / Soft-PBX VoIP & SIP technical background
  • Proven track record in integration and deployment work in a customer facing team
  • System administration experience
  • Basic programming skills
  • Experience using Unix/Linux
